I placed an order with Mountain warehouse and the order got lost. I contacted them and Joe and Phillipa couldn't have been more helpful. They were very friendly and polite and the service I received was second to none. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Full marks to them.

Delighted with the response from Rachel at customer service. Ordered a variety of items online for my daughters scout camp. Paid extra for quicker delivery as I needed them within 5 days. Items arrived within 24 hours. Everything perfect apart from the head torch which wasn't working. When I messaged customer support for advice as returning it wouldn't allow time for a new one to be sent, they sent me out a new one express delivery that day. Delighted with this goodwill gesture :-)

Ordered a tent in the sale but sadly got lost during shipping but thankfully after getting in contact with customer support they got my order refunded next day without any hassle.
